The clients brief was quite simply; maximise space in order to let the property as a HMO.

Strict regulations for renovating council 

properties calls for a thorough and thoughtful proposal. All bedrooms have increased in size and an open plan living space made available.

Technical details and regulations have been rigorously considered here hence the passing of the proposal from Islington's building control department.
